• Student accounts: your username and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never visible to us.
• Site usage: general information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email, and some — such as booking surveys and waitlist sign-ups — are also stored securely on our hosting server.

We keep your information while you are a student with us so we can provide lessons and support your learning. When you close your student account, we delete your personal information within one month.

If you contacted us but did not become a student, we keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Students Under 18

We welcome students of all ages, including young children. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian first contacts us directly by email to ask about lessons. During that consultation, we ask for their consent to collect the child’s information and to begin lessons, and lessons start only after we have received it.

Parents and legal guardians may ask at any time to see, correct, or delete their child’s information. Just email us at englishlikewise@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to remove you from our waitlist. Just send us an email and we will take care of it promptly. Parents and guardians can make these requests on behalf of their children.
